The Niseko Realty family warmly welcomes its newest member, Joy Eng. Joy joins us from the hospitality sector having held managerial positions at two prominent Niseko hotels. Her experience of Japanese hospitality – “omotenashi”, ensures a service that is unparalleled in care but with a Singaporean touch!

Joy moved to Niseko from Singapore in 2018 and fell in love with the Niseko lifestyle. So much so that she and her partner recently bought land in Niseko and this year built their own home from scratch. This personal experience piqued Joy’s interest in real estate and combining her affinity for service, she would now like to help clients find the perfect property in Niseko, whether as an investment or to build a dream home.

There is nothing more that Joy likes to do than to be outdoors exploring Niseko and its surrounding beauty. Since discovering Lake Toya this summer, Joy spent many happy days wakeboarding with Craig and friends. A fantastic start to what has culminated into Joy joining the Niseko Realty team. Joy’s adventurous spirit and local knowledge is a real asset to the team and to her clients.
