It’s certainly been a winter like no other in Niseko, just like the rest of the world. Whilst we are looking forward to things getting back to normal, we have seen some interesting trends in sales this winter.
In December and January, during which time there have been almost no international guests, we saw that most of the interest has been focussed on land. We have closed on 4 pieces of land already and have several more in the contract stage. There are still opportunities out there, both for smaller plots designed for single homes and larger development plots – don’t hesitate to contact us before you miss out!
While land has been the main point of enquiry, we are now starting to see more requests for apartments and properties that are built and ready for visitation as soon as borders are opened. Ski-in ski-out properties such as Skye Niseko and Ki Niseko are getting regular views and new development Intuition Niseko is now almost completely sold out. Hotels such as these will be the first to receive visitors when the pent-up demand is finally released and tourism returns.
Contact our team now if you would like to discuss what is available, we have something to suit every budget and more exciting development news in the pipeline too!
