February has seen more and more of the fabled snow that makes Niseko the world-famous resort that it is, but also an uptick in sales and enquiries here at Niseko Realty.

As with early winter, the main driver of demand has been land with several more pieces transacting in February including a couple that were only listed for a few hours before being snapped up!

There are still plenty opportunities out there on the market, both for smaller plots designed for single homes and larger development plots, but we are also seeing real value in properties as well. The release of units in the New World La Plume by Rosewood Hotels is driving enormous interest as an opportunity to own a residence in a branded hotel here in Niseko. This has then flowed on to the few remaining units in developments like Intuition and those on the resale market, particularly in ski-in ski-out properties like Skye Niseko.
