Prominent Hokkaido developers Zekkei have been working with Niseko Realty for many years, including on the Intuition Niseko development.
In spring 2021 they are planning to release their 2nd project in Furano following the success of the first phase, which opened last summer having sold out within 3 months of sales launch.
Fenix Furano is a collection of three condominium hotels located across the road from the Kitanomine Gondola in Furano. Phase II sales features two buildings: Fenix West and Fenix East.
